Thank you for selecting Our Hotel as your preferred accommodation in Malaysia.
Before payment made, please double check and make sure all details are correct:
- Your credit card is required for payment confirmation.
- Room rates will be charged upon confirmation.
- Payments made are NOT refundable.
- No changes on Check-in dates.
- No changes on selected hotel branches.
- Check-in time is from 15.00pm and check-out until 12.00pm

Child Policy
- One (1) child below 12yrs old stay on complimentary basis provided sharing existing beddings with adults.
Cancellation:
- The shall be no refund for any cancellation of reservation.
- No refunds or credit will be issued for no shows or non utilized confirmed room nights.
- Changes or transferability of confirmed booking names are not permitted.
- Specific terms & conditions are applicable for group bookings, confined to 10 rooms and above. Please contact the required hotels for more information.
No-Show / Shorten stay:
- Full stay per room will be charged on your credit card for NO SHOW.
- No refund in full or in part will be made for un-utilized services included in the package or for shorten stay and no-show.
